AGU announces new editors for several of its journals.

Caterina Brighi is the recipient of the 2014 David S. Miller Young Scientist Scholarship, and Megan Behnke is the 2014 recipient of the David E. Lumley Scholarship.

AGU has elected 57 members to leadership positions that will begin on 1 January 2015.

On 1 January 2015 Margaret Leinen will become AGU president and will chair the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Also, about half of the current Board and Council members will rotate off.

Thirty-eight scientists have been selected by AGU sections and focus groups to receive awards in 2014.
