Himalayan glaciers are important sources of water for downstream communities, but much remains unknown about their thickness, their movement, and how they are changing.
In our work, we are combining field measurements in the Himalayas with remote sensing observations and computational modeling to improve understanding of ice thickness, seasonal dynamics, and connections to subglacial hydrology.
